Building a facility
- Meet the facility level and any quest requirement.
- Review its recipes and available location.
- Choose the materials route or the instant construction route when verified $BLOMD checkout is available.
- Confirm the payment and wait for the construction timer if required.
- Open the completed facility in Crafting.
The materials route combines its listed materials with a $BLOMD fee and retains the preparation timer. The instant route replaces those construction materials and that timer with a higher $BLOMD payment. Neither route bypasses levels, quest requirements, or ownership checks.
Opening more Sunpetal fields
Land expansion applies to crop farming on Sunpetal. Meet the required level, speak with Rowan, inspect all three boundary markers, and obtain the survey document before reviewing the expansion.

Expansion opens the stated total field count, not that many extra fields. The materials route requires the listed survey and supplies. Tideglass has ranch facilities rather than crop-field expansion.
Barn space
The starting barn holds 120 units. Stored stacks count by quantity, so a large ingredient stock can fill it even when only a few item types are visible.

Your Town Hall
Each membership tier has a different Town Hall appearance, from the Starter Cottage to the Bloomstead Grand Estate. The home helps identify your farm and membership. A visual upgrade does not create ingredients, tokens, or reward activity.
